Leicester City&nbsp;have confirmed the signing of attacking midfielder Dennis Praet from&nbsp;Sampdoria&nbsp;for a reported&nbsp;£18 million ($22.9m). Bayern Munich have turned to Inter's Ivan Perisic as their search for a winger goes on, according to <a href="https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1159536757110501376" target="_blank">Sky in Italy</a>.
