Kai Rooney, the son of Premier League legend Wayne, is continuing to make waves after being named in the squad for Manchester United Under-18s’ season opener.
Kai, who is just 15, has been named among the substitutes as the young Red Devils take on Everton in their first game of the new U18s Premier League campaign. His father Wayne represented both teams, emerging through Everton's youth system before moving to United in 2004 and going on to become the Old Trafford club's all-time record goalscorer.
