Wrexham's new No.9! Ryan Reynolds sets Alan Shearer a Hugh Jackman challenge as Hollywood co-owner says 'let's do this' to the Premier League's record goalscorer
Ex-England captain Shearer, who is the Premier League’s all-time leading goalscorer, has jokingly offered his services to Wrexham after linking up with former Newcastle team-mate Rob Lee and his current Red Dragons star son, Elliot.

Reynolds has left the door open for Shearer to get his boots back on at 54 years of age if he can get into the same shape as Jackman in the ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ blockbuster. Reynolds posted on social media: "Honestly, I wouldn’t bet against you, Shearer. Get on the Jackman program and let’s do this."
