USMNT star Christian Pulisic involved in ‘extreme’ AC Milan training drill that leaves Rossoneri players flat out

The United States international took the decision to head for Italy in 2023 after struggling to make the desired impact at Premier League giants Chelsea. He did experience Champions League glory while in west London, but needed to find regular game time in order to perform at the peak of his powers.

Milan have presented the 25-year-old with those opportunities, and their faith in ‘Captain America’ has been rewarded with seven goals and six assists across all competitions. Pulisic’s exploits saw him awarded the Serie A Player of the Month award for December.

The Rossoneri have found a way of bringing the best out of Pulisic, as greater consistency is added to his game at club level, and he has settled quickly into new surroundings. Life on the training ground is being enjoyed, with Milan revealing that some exercises leave players flat out.

Milan saw off Roma in their last outing – in what proved to be Jose Mourinho’s final game in charge of the Giallorossi – and they will be back in action on Saturday when taking in a trip to Udinese.
