Leeds have been one of the biggest surprises in the Championship this season and it has been in part due to Brenden Aaronson's resurgence this season.
Aaronson was largely seen as a poor signing since his arrival in 2022. After a poor initial season while Leeds were in the Premier League, followed by a tough loan spell at Union Berlin the following campaign, not much was expected from Aaronson this season. He has changed that view this campaign.
The 24-year-old has four goals and an assist in 15 league games and has been credited by Farke for helping to inspire the team's turnaround this season.
"He's excellent so far this season," the manager said. "It's always good when a player has extra motivation or perhaps a bit of a bad conscience to improve. He was not happy with the last season he played in a Leeds shirt. It was difficult for him for several reasons, and he wanted to prove his worth."
