'Pure magic' - Leah Williamson celebrates Arsenal's stunning Champions League triumph over Barcelona with 'insanely proud' model girlfriend Elle Smith

The Gunners claimed a stunning European triumph when seeing off Spanish giants Barcelona in Saturday's showpiece. A solitary effort from Stina Blackstenius delivered more silverware to north London.

Williamson, as captain of England, is no stranger to lifting major trophies. She is a European Championship winner who has savoured WSL and FA Cup triumphs across an iconic stint with Arsenal.

The 28-year-old is revelling in adding another medal to her collection, with Arsenal upsetting the odds to spark wild celebrations among their loyal fanbase. Williamson has posted on social media: “Magic. Pure Magic. What a weekend, see you at the Emirates Gooners.”

One of Williamson’s biggest supporters is Smith, who has spoken of being “so insanely proud” of her talented partner. The American journalist and beauty pageant title holder has cosied up with Williamson and got her own hands on the Champions League crown.

Williamson is not done with trophy bids in 2025, with the countdown now on to another Euros event - with the Lionesses set to open their defence of that title against France in Zurich on July 5.
