Earlier this year, the 53-year-old ended a lengthy hiatus from Instagram by sharing a photo of himself alongside his former Manchester United teammate, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. And now, the former midfielder, who is notoriously private about his family matters, took a break from his typical no-nonsense attitude to share a heartwarming moment with his daughter.

WHAT KEANE SAID
Keane and his wife, Theresa Doyle, share five children: Shannon, Caragh, Aidan, Leah, and Alanna. In the post, Keane affectionately refers to Leah as “No.4,” as she is his fourth child.
He wrote: "No.4 thinks because she lives 180 miles away that I won’t pop in for a cup of tea. Always watching 👀"
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Keane’s career on the pitch is nothing short of legendary. Having joined Manchester United in 1993, he went on to enjoy a 12-year stint at Old Trafford. During his spell, he won seven Premier League titles, four FA Cups, four Community Shields, and the coveted UEFA Champions League in 1999 as part of United’s historic treble-winning season. After leaving Manchester United in 2005, Keane had a brief spell with Celtic before retiring from professional football in 2006.
