'I don't understand' - Lamine Yamal, Joao Felix & Nico Williams mock Fermin Lopez for ill-advised social post as Barcelona midfielder caught up in piracy controversy
Lamine Yamal, Joao Felix and Nico Williams have mocked Barcelona star Fermin Lopez over an ill-advised social post that sparked a piracy storm.
Fermin has been soaking up some sun alongside his girlfriend, meaning that he had to keep an eye on Barcelona’s 2024-25 La Liga season opener against Valencia from afar. He posted a screenshot on social media of him watching the game, but sparked controversy when it was pointed out that he was viewing said contest on an unofficial streaming site – with La Liga looking to clamp down on piracy of their product.

WHAT YAMAL & FELIX SAID
Fermin’s actions left him open to taunts from club and international team-mates, which has continued since he deleted the initial post. He has shared a number of snaps from his latest vacation, with former Barca loanee Felix saying “you’ll have time to delete it”. Barca wonderkid Yamal responded to that post with: “They hacked his cell phone and if not, I don't understand anything.”
