  • WHAT HAPPENED?

Garnacho has shared a selection of holiday photos on Instagram, including a picture that shows the young Manchester United star wearing Marcus Rashford's Aston Villa jersey. Rashford spent the second half of last season on loan with the Villans after being deemed surplus to requirements by Ruben Amorim. Rashford responded to the post with the words "My brother" and a heart emoji.

  • WHAT THE FANS ARE SAYING

The post did not go down at all well with Manchester United supporters who were quick to take aim at Garnacho.

Manchester United fan @cotswoldred87 posted: "Garnacho just keeps proving why he must leave. His ego is ridiculous for somebody with his ability."

Rashford was also criticised by @jimmysmith89: "Rashford and Garnacho are beyond disrespectful! [Jadon] Sancho influence is wild."

And @chippyglover added: "See ya later Garnacho, clear off and find yourself another club."

Man Utd supporter @utd_bomis was also unimpressed with the winger: "Garnacho knows exactly what he’s doing wearing that jersey.. weirdo."

While @OliPietri added: "Can’t wait for the club to rid themselves from this kid."

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Rashford appears to have no future at Manchester United but it remains to be seen where he could move to next. The forward is eager to join Barcelona but the Catalan giants have made Nico Williams their top transfer target and have already agreed personal terms with the Spain star. Garnacho is also expected to move on after being told by Amorim to look for a new club after their Europa League final defeat to Tottenham.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

Manchester United have placed a hefty £70 million ($95m) valuation on Garnacho amid interest from clubs across Europe including Chelsea, Aston Villa, Napoli and Bayer Leverkusen.

    WHAT NEXT FOR GARNACHO?

Amorim is trying to reshape his squad after a dismal campaign and has already seen Matheus Cunha arrive from Wolves. More signings will be needed, while Amorim will also be eager to offload unwanted stars such as Rashford, Garnacho, Sancho and Antony.
