    Eze, 27, who scored the winner as Palace clinched their first major trophy with victory over Manchester City in last season's FA Cup final, is pushing for the move to be completed after already agreeing personal terms with Spurs, according to Belgian reporter Sacha Tavolieri.

    Tottenham have made their move for Eze after midfielder James Maddison was ruled out for most of the 2025-26 season with an ACL injury. Former Queens Park Rangers midfielder Eze was also linked with a switch to Arsenal this summer, but interest cooled following the arrival of Noni Madueke from Chelsea.

    And in a separate report from The Athletic's David Ornstein, Palace have approached Leicester City to explore a move for Bilal El Khannouss. The attacking midfielder, 21, is believed to be open to a switch to Selhurst Park but the deal is dependent on the future of Eze.
