Lifeline for Andre Onana! Ruben Amorim set to KEEP under-fire goalkeeper as Man Utd No.1 - with Red Devils boss prioritising outfield signings this summer
Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana could be handed a reprieve as head coach Ruben Amorim reportedly wants to strengthen other areas of his team.
According to The Mirror, United want to sign a striker, two midfielders, a centre-back, and at least one wing-back this summer. The report adds that that could hand Onana a lifeline despite making a number of costly errors for the Red Devils.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
The report adds that while United are interested in signing Royal Antwerp keeper Senne Lammens, Amorim may continue with Onana as his number one next season. The Mirror states that that will only change if the Red Devils get an offer upwards of £20 million ($26.5m) for the 29-year-old, two years on from signing him from Inter Milan for £47.2m ($62.5m).
DID YOU KNOW?
Onana has been the subject of interest from the Saudi Pro League, and United are said to be hopeful that big bids come from that part of the world, or elsewhere, this summer.
