Jarrad Branthwaite is expected to sit out for Everton, while Vitaliy Mykolenko returned early from international duty nursing a fresh issue. Adam Aznou may also miss out, which could once again push James Garner into an improvised left-back role. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall might be asked to operate deeper in midfield, with youngster Tyler Dibling in line for a full debut if Jack Grealish is moved centrally.
