According to reports in Germany, Davies will sign a five-year deal until 2030 with Bayern, have a fixed salary of €15 million (£13m/$16m) and €5m (£4m/$5m) in performance-based bonuses, and secure a €20m (£17m/$21m) signing on fee.
Canada international Davies joined Bayern from Vancouver Whitecaps in 2018 and since then he has gone onto play 220 times for the club, win five Bundesliga titles and become one of the world's best left-backs.
