With 81 goals now conceded, it is also already their worst defensive season in nearly half a century.

United's latest humbling will surely see an increase in pressure on coach Erik ten Hag. The Old Trafford club are said to be considering sacking the Dutch coach at the end of his second season in charge due to underwhelming performances and results.
