VIDEO: Dortmund starlet's stunning UEFA Youth League goal

The Germany youth international scored a fantastic goal to send his side through at the expense of Israel's Maccabi Haifa

Borussia Dortmund reached the last 16 of the UEFA Youth League thanks to a stunning strike from Germany Under-18 international Julian Schwermann.

The versatile teenager's well-timed run meant he was in the perfect place to meet Dominik Wanner's cross, but his explosive finish was what left Maccabi Haifa goalkeeper Royie Fucs with no chance.

Schwermann is usually a right-back, but partnered Dzenis Burnic in defensive midfield as Benjamin Hoffman's side were forced to play without Belgian talent Orel Mangala, who is currently on loan from Anderlecht.

The draw for the last 16 takes place on February 13.
