Spartak Moscow are close to completing the signing of Pedro Aquino from Mexican side Leon.

Juventus are eager to sign 18-year-old defender Riccardo Calafiori from Roma, Calciomercatoweb reports.

The Bianconeri hope to capitalise on their good relationship with the left-back's agent, Mino Raiola, and lure him to Turin.

They hope to convince Roma to let him go by offering 21-year-old Gianluca Frabotta, who has made seven Serie A appearances this season, in exchange.

Benfica's hopes of signing William Carvalho in January may have been dashed by Real Betis. 

According to A Bola, the midfieder is a top target for the Portuguese giants, while Leicester are also said to want him.

But Betis are reluctant to let anyone leave in January because they cannot afford to bring in a replacement.

Carles Alena is close to rejoining Real Betis, according to TodoFichajes.

The midfielder has made just one appearance in La Liga this season and is not going to play a big role under Ronald Koeman.

He spent last season on loan at Betis and the club want him back. Alena, meanwhile, would love to return to Manuel Pellegrini's team.

Gianluigi Donnarumma has confirmed he wants to sign a contract extension at AC Milan.

The goalkeeper has been in talks with the Serie A side over a new deal, but the delay has sparked concerns he is reluctant to commit to the club.

"I want to wear the Milan shirt also in the future and there is no problem," he said. "My agent talks about this topic with the directors. Mino knows what I want and what he has to do."

Jude Bellingham rejected a host of clubs, notably Manchester United, to sign for Borussia Dortmund.

Agent Philipp Degen claims to be a friend of Bellingham’s father - who represents the midfielder - and says Dorrmund beat off major competition to land the teenager’s signature.

“It is one of the biggest victories for Dortmund [to sign Bellingham] because the challenge to get this player was very, very high,” Degen told the Liverpool Echo. “I know his agent, and I am a very good friend of him.

“There is no reason why Khedira would not do that, he has a huge amount to offer, but you are not going to sign him on a three-year contract."

An early Emirates exit is looming

Arsenal are prepared to sell record signing Nicolas Pepe should the right offer come in, claims the Daily Star.  

The Gunners believe they paid too much for the Ivory Coast international and that the attacker isn't cut out for the Premier League. 

Pepe won't be sold cheaply however, with Arsenal even open to a loan move with an obligation to buy.
