The Naturena-based giants also released an away kit which is striking electric blue with gold trim around the neckline and sleeves, and it came as surprise for the South African football fraternity as the club are known for their traditional gold and black heritage.
When asked why the club opted for a blue kit, Chiefs' marketing director Jessica Motaung said: “As a country and a club, we have been through much in the past few months.
"We now have a new sense of urgency to do better. The new collection is unconventional in design and colourful, it’s exactly what we need – the unexpected."
