GK: Ben Foster - Watford - 1 Game, 7 Saves, 1 Clean Sheet = 10 Points

DEF: Marcos Alonso - Chelsea - 1 Game, 1 Assist, 1 Clean Sheet = 10 Points

Alonso has been a premier Fantasy asset since he landed in England, and that certainly was no exception this week as he played a delightful backheel assist to Ruben Loftus-Cheek and picked up the clean sheet to boot. He is currently the most expensive defender in the Goal game, but he also has the most points at his position so that more than balances out. Considering his coming fixtures, it could end up proving far more costly not to own the Chelsea man.

DEF: Adam Masina - Watford - 1 Game, 1 Assist, 1 Clean Sheet = 10 Points

DEF: Bruno - Brighton - 1 Game, 1 Assist, 1 Clean Sheet = 10 Points

DEF: Fabian Balbuena - West Ham - 1 Game, 1 Goal, 1 Goal Conceded = 8 Points

MID: Mohamed Salah - Liverpool - 1 Game, 1 Goal, 2 Assists = 14 Points

After what some to be considered a slow start from Salah, the Liverpool talisman now has the same amount of goals through week to as he had last season (5). That’s not to say that he will reach 32 goals again this season, but reports of his demise were greatly exaggerated. The Egyptian currently leads the league in touches in the box and, with the implied goals that should come as a result, Salah is a must own with captain potential in most weeks.

MID: Luka Milivojevic - Crystal Palace - 1 Game, 2 Goals = 14 Points

MID: Ross Barkley - Chelsea - 1 Game, 1 Goal, 2 Assists = 14 Points

After being slated for his move to Chelsea in January, Barkley certainly seems to be fitting in at the London club. He’s now notched three goals and three assists over the last three weeks which not only earned his owners plenty of points, but should go a long way towards helping the Englishman lock down a consistent place in Maurizio Sarri’s starting XI. Whether or not he is able to keep this up remains to be seen, but he’s certainly worth keeping an eye on in coming weeks.

MID: Sadio Mane - Liverpool - 1 Game, 2 Goals = 14 Points

MID: Riyad Mahrez - Manchester City - 1 Game, 1 Goal = 8 Points

FOR: Callum Wilson - Bournemouth - 1 Game, 2 Goals = 12 Points

The forward with the most points after 10 games is not Aguero, or Kane, or Aubameyang, it’s Callum Wilson. That’s largely due to the fact that only Eden Hazard has directly contributed to more goals (10) than Wilson (9). While that may not seem sustainable, both he, and Bournemouth on the whole, are actually underperforming their current expected goal totals. The Cherries are about to embark on a hellish run through the end of the calendar year but their odds of picking up points are certainly better with Wilson leading the charge.
