Eden Hazard was left celebrating a personal milestone as he opened the scoring for Chelsea on Saturday.
The Brighton defence held out for just three minutes at the Amex Stadium before Hazard broke through to finish off a move started by Victor Moses.
Hazard's goal was his 100th in league football, and was followed shortly after by Willian's strike to put the Blues 2-0 up within the opening 10 minutes.
The Belgian scored 36 goals in Ligue 1 with first club Lille, and now has 64 in the Premier League.
His best league campaign came in 2016-17, when his 16 goals helped the Blues win the Premier League title in Antonio Conte's debut season.
Hazard now has seven in this year's league campaign, and 10 in all competitions.
