Away from the usual match odds markets, predicting goalscorers is a viable route for betting on the weekend's football.
After two correct picks from three selections last week, here are three more options to consider with a brisk Football League coupon to examine.
James Chester (vs Ipswich) at 6/1 with bet365
Tipping up a centre-back to score in any match is always a risky move but 6/1 (7.0) for James Chester to score anytime looks good value. Chester has already found the net five times in the Championship this season with the majority coming from set-pieces.
Aston Villa are the best team in the Championship from dead ball situations this season, netting 17 times from set plays.
GettyTheir opponents this weekend, Ipswich, have one of the worst defensive records from set-pieces this season with the Tractor Boys conceding 13 times from corners or free-kicks.
This represents a great chance for Chester to get on the end of one of these balls and land a big price winner.
Jarrod Bowen (vs Blackburn) at 15/8
Hull City are currently going through their best run of the season - as is their talisman Jarrod Bowen.
Bowen has scored eight in his last six games so a price of 15/8 (2.88) with bet365 for him to score anytime this weekend looks like tremendous value.
Blackburn may have been strong at the back as of late with two clean sheets in a row but those have been against struggling opposition in the shape of Millwall and Ipswich. Before those two relatively easy fixtures they had conceded 10 in five matches.
GettyThat shows that their defence can be leaky against decent teams and with Hull on a 10-game unbeaten run in the league, Blackburn may struggle to contain an in-form Bowen.
Stephen Humphrys (vs Luton) at 9/4
New Southend signing Stephen Humphrys may feel that he has a point to prove after finally leaving Fulham on a permanent deal.
Humphrys hit two goals on his debut at Southend and was apparently frustrated about not being allowed to complete his hat-trick, being substituted shortly after hitting the second goal. The former Cottagers player clearly has some quality netting 22 goals in 37 appearances in the Premier League 2.
Humphrys has been able to find rich veins of form in his previous loan moves with three of the four goals he scored for Scunthorpe coming within 18 days of each other and his two Shrewsbury goals coming in back-to-back appearances. The youngster seems like he could be a something of a streaky player and looks worthy of support at 9/4 (3.25) this weekend.
