    Last week Wrexham announced plans to construct a temporary Kop stand at the SToK Racecourse. On Monday, the club published a photo of the new 2,289 seater stand on X, which Leader Live notes is expected to open on December 23 when fellow Welsh club Newport County come to town.

    Wrexham decided to erect a temporary stand after the construction of a new 5,500 seater Kop Stand was delayed. The new stand was meant to be finished in time for the start of next season, but with demand for tickets continuing to surge, owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney decided to provide a temporary solution. The Kop Stand at the Racecourse has been closed since 2008.
