Sergino Dest sees fresh Barcelona exit route emerge with USMNT defender among names to help land Everton midfielder Amadou Onana

The Catalan club is keen on bolstering its midfield options and views Onana as a top target for the upcoming transfer window. Onana, who joined Everton from Lille for £33m in 2022, has quickly established himself as a key player for the Toffees, showcasing his talent with 29 appearances and three goals this season. While Onana's departure would be a loss, the prospect of receiving a new player plus cash presents an enticing opportunity for Everton. Onana himself is reportedly intrigued by the prospect of joining Barcelona, making the Catalan club a priority destination for him this summer. On the other hand, Fati and Dest could be valuable additions to Everton's squad, particularly in the winger and right-back positions where improvements are needed. Additionally, Lopez, a versatile midfielder capable of playing in multiple roles, could serve as a suitable replacement for Onana.
