Revealed: How Erik ten Hag lifted Rasmus Hojlund's confidence amid goal-less run after Dane scored first time in the Premier League to complete epic comeback win over Aston Villa

"He will score more. When strikers don’t score it is always a problem but he has a strong character, he has a big personality and that is what a striker needs and when you keep investing the goals will come."

Hojlund had scored five times in United's otherwise disastrous Champions League campaign but had not scored at all in the Premier League. He had put in an anonymous performance in his last outing at West Ham and was taken off early in the second half. But he reacted quickly to fire United into the lead against Villa following a corner.
