    With the January recruitment market open for business in 2024, the Gunners are said to be looking for more steel in their engine room. They splashed out £105 million ($133m) on Declan Rice in the summer of 2023, but feel that further reinforcements are required in the middle of the park.

    According to TEAMtalk, that search has led the north London outfit in the direction of Belgium international Onana. He has previously been linked with Chelsea and Manchester United, with the 22-year-old having proven himself in the Premier League across 18 months at Goodison Park.
