After signing Kylian Mbappe on a free transfer this summer, Real Madrid are set to repeat the feat with a deal for Alphonso Davies. The left-back looks set to arrive next year upon the expiration of his contract with Bayern Munich, according to AS.

Real Madrid have a historic pull that has helped them attract superstar after superstar. What is more impressive is the way they manage to get some of them without having to pay a transfer fee, which could happen again with Davies. The Canadian has been a lethal operator from the left side of defence and he looks set to follow in the footsteps of Marcelo.
