Man Utd player wages revealed with struggling star the top-earner while Kobbie Mainoo & Alejandro Garnacho are seriously underpaid

Manchester United have not had a very promising start to their season as they kicked the campaign off with a Community Shield final loss to Manchester City. Erik ten Hag's men then won their Premier League opener but have failed to take a point since. Regardless of their struggles over the past few years, the Red Devils boast one of the biggest wage bills and the Daily Mail has now reported on how the money is distributed between the players.

The report has suggested that captain Bruno Fernandes and the struggling Casemiro are currently the top earners at the club as they earn a reported fee of £375,000 per week. The third top earner comes in the form of academy graduate Marcus Rashford, who earns £350,000 per week. Mason Mount, Antony and Matthijs de Ligt complete the list of the top five earners as they make £250,000, £200,000 and £195,000 per week, respectively.

Despite having established themselves as major parts of the first-team squad over the last season, Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho are part of the bottom five earners at Old Trafford as they make surprisingly low sums of £20,000 and £50,000 per week.
