<p>Per SportItalia's <a href="https://www.alfredopedulla.com/esclusiva-domani-vertice-chelsea-juve-i-dettagli-su-cambiaso-e-kelly/" target="_blank"><em>Alfredo Pedulla</em></a>, Juventus directors are all set to meet Chelsea officials on Monday to negotiate transfers for the Blues' out-of-favour pair Chilwell and Veiga. The Bianconeri see Veiga as a replacement for injured centre-back Gleison Bremer. Chilwell, on the other hand, could take the place of full-back <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/juventus-andrea-cambiaso-future-man-city-bid-for-eur80m-rated-star/bltd92bd9bb5db9a8c3#csbd973e92824c9325" target="_blank">Andrea Cambiaso, who is wanted by Manchester City</a>.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The English champions have reportedly offered to pay a whopping €70 million (£59m/$72m) to secure the signature of Cambiaso. The 24-year-old's ability to play both as a full-back and a wing-back makes him an attractive option for City, who are looking for a long-term replacement for <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/pep-guardiola-drops-kyle-walker-bombshell-after-leaving-man-city-star-out-fa-cup-win-salford-city/bltd7167cead16517e2" target="_blank">AC Milan-bound Kyle Walker</a>. Juve's plan is supposedly to put that money towards signing Chilwell and Veiga.</p>

<p>At the beginning of the season, Chilwell was informed that he had been <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/chelsea-planning-january-sales-blues-offload-five-players-enzo-maresca-sanctions-winter-exits/blt8682e6380dfc3c1d" target="_blank">deemed surplus to new manager Enzo Maresca's needs</a>. The English defender has clocked only 45 minutes on the pitch in the last six months, with his only appearance coming in a Carabao Cup clash. <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6057471/2025/01/13/renato-veiga-chelsea-january-transfer/" target="_blank"><em>The Athletic</em></a> reported last week that <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/renato-veiga-shock-chelsea-exit-six-months-arrival-borussia-dortmund-transfer-interest/blta7ab56e75bc52159#csfc6b34a916f2da23" target="_blank">Borussia Dortmund were pushing to sign Veiga</a>, although the Blues made it clear that they would only let the player leave on a permanent transfer.</p>
