Messi is set to feature at his fourth World Cup this summer but his tournament record does not match the form he boasts regularly at club level.
Indeed, the Barcelona forward has just five goals in his 15 appearances on this stage but he will be buoyed by the fact that four of those came in Brazil four years ago.
The 30-year-old netted 45 times for Barcelona in all competitions and will hope to continue his exploits in what could be his final World Cup.
