Goal rounds up the transfer rumours in M-League, with Melaka United, Felda United and Sabah all making their moves

With just a week before the mid-season transfer window opens for teams participating in the M-League, various teams are looking to make changes to help them finish their respective season better. Goal runs through the transfer rumours surrounding several teams.

Melaka United

The management at Melaka are looking to offload three of their four imports with South Korean Jeon Woo-Young looking likely to be the only one retained. Godwin Antwi, Sergio Aguero and Ilija Spasojevic have been deemed surplus to requirements and the Melaka management are trying to see if they can be moved on to other teams within the country.

Possible replacements for them are rumoured to be a central defender, a midfielder and a forward. All three could potentially start training with Melaka this week, ahead of the registration next week.

Felda United

B. Sathianathan has previously said that after he took over from Azmi Mohamed, that the players he has will need to win his approval to stay in the squad. The experienced head coach is supposedly looking to bolster his attacking option by approaching Melaka's Amri Yahyah.

The 36-year-old forward has found things tough at Melaka and the management there is reportedly willing to consider moving him on, should a good offer comes in.

With Sabah sitting a lowly 9th spot in the Premier League, head coach Jelius Ating is working hard to ensure that his team doesn't drop into the FAM League. Having discarded Igor Cerina, Sofiane Choubani and Jonathan Behe in their loss to Negeri Sembilan in the FA Cup - Jelius looks to be working towards replacing them altogether.

Sabah revealed that they are currently giving trials to Abel Dekar Gebor (Liberia), Eduardo Luiz Purcino (Brazil), Leandro De Lima (Brazil), Kouen Houkjin (South Korea), Heo Jaenyeong (South Korea) and Otabek Valijonov (Uzbekistan). Gebor is the most notable names from that group and is currently plying his trade with Bhayangkara Football Club in Indonesia.
