SuperSport United have parted ways with Togolese attacker Dove Wome.
According to the player's agent, Michael Ngobeni of M Sport Management, Wome's contract was terminated by mutual consent.
The 26-year-old's contract with United was set to expire in June 2018, but he will now be eligible to sign with a team of his choice even outside the mid-season transfer window as he's currently a free agent.
Wome, who also played for Mamelodi Sundowns, seemingly grew frustrated with his lack of game time under Eric Tinkler this season.
He managed a mere six appearances in all domestic competitions for the Tshwane outfit during the first half of the current campaign without finding the back of the net.

However, Wome registered a return of three assists to his name in the six matches he played.
The Togo international hasn't featured for Matsatsantsa since September 12, 2017 against Platinum Stars.
During his time with Pirates, Wome openly spoke about his desire to make his loan deal permanent.
