Massimo Paganin backs Inter Milan’s Asamoah pursuit

Kwadwo Asamoah would be a perfect fit for Inter Milan, according to Massimo Paganin

Asamoah’s present contract at Juventus expires in June and the Nerazzurri have joined the likes of Chelsea and Napoli as favourites to land the versatile player.

The Serie A outfit are reportedly willing to offer the Ghana international €3 million per season as salary, and the former player feels it would be a good deal for the San Siro outfit.

"It would be perfect for Spalletti,” Paganin told Radio Sportiva.

“The Ghanaian has already shown with Juventus that he can play an important role, getting him at Inter would give greater depth to the squad.”

“It would be important because I think Spalletti wants to continue on the basis of a four-man defence.”

Asamoah continued in his role as a squad member this season, but with less of the injury struggles he has battled with in the last campaigns, thus enhancing his form.

The former Udinese player has featured in 15 games, out of 29 Serie A clashes this term.
