<p>PSG have joined Real Madrid in the race to sign Harry Kane, according to Relevo journalist <a href="https://twitter.com/MatteMoretto/status/1670186834788319235" target="_blank">Matteo Moretto</a>. <p>Real Madrid have identified Chelsea ace Kai Havertz as one of the main attacking reinforcements. However, the operation to sign Havertz is understood to have stalled of late. </p><p>Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on the situation, claiming that while Real Madrid remains interested in the German international, his price of €60 million plus add-ons is seen as expensive. </p><p>Chelsea's asking price has drawn a halt to negotiations, making the situation complicated. Alphonso Davies dismisses links to Real Madrid

<p>According to <a href="https://www.alfredopedulla.com/esclusiva-kane-al-real-madrid-vertice-nel-pomeriggio-e-chiusura-vicina/" target="_blank">Alfredo Pedulla</a>, Real Madrid have now completely turned their attention on signing Spurs striker Harry Kane after landing his England teammate Jude Bellingham.</p><p>Whilst other reports have stated that Los Blancos have cooled their interest in the English striker, Pedulla is reporting the England international's signing is very close to approaching closure.</p><p>The representatives of both clubs reportedly held a meeting today over the striker’s transfer to settle on a transfer fee. The Premier League side began the negotiations with an expectation of €100-110m in cash for Kane. However, the Merengues proposed a lower price point at €80-€90m, with the option to include add-ons.</p><p>There isn't much separating the two parties right now, and both sides are optimistic that the valuation gap will be bridged in further rounds of discussions in the coming days.</p>
