The Championship play-offs continue on Monday as Fulham try to overturn a 1-0 deficit against Derby to continue their dreams of Premier League promotion.
Derby won the first leg on Friday via a Cameron Jerome header; and a repeat performance would see the Rams through to the final at Wembley, where Aston Villa or Middlesbrough will await.
It was the first time in 24 games that Fulham had failed to find the back of the net, and Derby's astute defending may be their key to the Premier League.

Betting & Match Odds
Even though Fulham have suffered back-to-back losses they are set to go off as heavy favourites, priced at 4/6 to win with dabblebet. A draw would see Derby progress and you can get that at a price of 11/4, whereas an away victory is priced up at 4/1.
Match Preview

It is now all or nothing for both teams heading into what could be their last game of the season.
Fulham's recent pedigree suggests they often lose when it matters, falling on the last day to Birmingham when a win would have secured promotion and they have also never won a play-off game in their history.
It is a similar story for Derby with only one of their six play-off campaigns ending in success, however, they have made it to the final three times during that period.
Fulham need to show the type of grit they did earlier in the season when they went on a 23-game unbeaten run in the Championship, but the Whites looked completely out of gas on Friday night, with key players Tom Cairney and Ryan Sessegnon posing a nominal threat to the Derby defence.
There were shades of last year's play-off semi-final tie against Reading on Friday as the Whites kept possession while not posing much of a threat to the Derby goal; they had 74% possession in the game but only managed to two shots on target.
Away goals do not factor in the play-offs so a goal from Derby would not spell the end of Fulham's hopes of progressing, although the Rams are expected to deliver a defensive hard-working performance.
