WHAT HAPPENED?
The 30-year-old custodian only made his way to the City Ground in the summer of 2023. He bid farewell to Premier League giants Arsenal as an opportunity to become a regular No.1 presented itself on Trentside. However, a number of costly errors made life difficult for Turner in Nottingham.
He has seen a further three goalkeepers drafted in by Forest since he arrived, with one of those – Odysseas Vlachodimos – already moving on. Matz Sels and Carlos Miguel are now on the Reds’ books, meaning that Turner is in danger of being third choice in the 2024-25 campaign.
