    One of the biggest spectacles in world sport will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Nevada on Sunday. There will be plenty of superstars on the field – as the likes of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce go head-to-head with Brock Purdy and Christian McCaffrey – and many more will take up seats in the stands.

    R&B icon Usher will perform the half-time show, with a global audience of more than 100 million expected to tune in. Plenty of Premier League performers will have an eye on events in the United States, while the likes of England captain Harry Kane and USMNT star Christian Pulisic are known to be big NFL fans.

    If selections at Anfield are anything to go by, then the Chiefs are fancied to defend the crown that they captured 12 months ago when edging out the Philadelphia Eagles.
