The Sun reports that Sancho will probably return to Old Trafford this summer after a one-year loan spell at Chelsea. While the Blues have an obligation to buy, they are supposedly likely to pay £5m to back out of it. With the west London side seemingly uninterested in the English winger, United could consider slashing their asking price, with Bayer Leverkusen the latest club to be linked with the wide man.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
The Sun adds that the Red Devils could demand as little as £20 million ($26m) to attract Leverkusen's attention. But for the transfer to go through, the player will also have to reduce his wage demands as the former German champions will not be able to afford his current £250,000-a-week salary.
DID YOU KNOW?
Sancho kickstarted his senior professional career in Germany at Borussia Dortmund before leaving them in the summer of 2021 to join United. He returned to Dortmund on a six-month loan spell in the second half of the 2023-24 campaign, but he headed back to Old Trafford last summer before being loaned to Stamford Bridge.
