    WHAT HAPPENED?

    According to theDaily Mail, the recently relegated trio are set to seek a negotiated settlement instead of suing the club, after Everton were deducted 10 points following Financial Fair Play (FFP) breaches.

    Everton were previously at risk of being handed a further nine point deduction, which put them at risk of being plunged into administration, after the three clubs looked for £300million ($374m) in compensation.
