Cristiano Ronaldo makes feelings on Stefano Pioli clear after Al-Nassr manager's departure for Fiorentina

Ronaldo said "thanks for everything" with a prayer emoji on social media channels in reply to Al-Nassr's post confirming Pioli's departure, making it clear he valued the Italian's work at the club highly.

Ronaldo scored 31 goals in 36 matches under Pioli, with Al-Nassr finishing third in the Saudi Pro League table. The club are now on the hunt for a new boss as they seek the 2025-26 title.

Pioli's move to Fiorentina is expected to be confirmed shortly, sealing a return to Italy. Pioli won the 2021-22 Serie A title with AC Milan, but he will inherit a team that finished eighth in the table last season.
