    WHAT HAPPENED?

    Roebuck's move to the Liga F champions has been all but confirmed in recent months, however, there have been questions marks over her future after the Lionesses goalkeeper revealed that she had suffered a stroke. Yet Barcelona remain determind to land the stopper from Manchester City, according to Diario Sport.

    According to the report, Barca have been monitoring her health constantly, and they, together with the medical team, think that neither the medication nor the stroke will have any negative consequences on her brain function or vision. The team hopes to bring in a completely-fit Roebuck this summer, as current number one Sandro Panos is poised to leave the club.

    It is believed that Roebuck will be signed as a backup goalkeeper to youngster Cata Coll, who will be the undisputed starter for major matches while Roebuck will deputise alongside Gemma Font. However, the final call will only be made once Pere Romeu takes over the reigns from Jonatan Giraldez at the end of the season.
