Bidvest Wits brush aside Kaizer Chiefs 3-1 in a PSL match which was played at the FNB Stadium on Tuesday night
Giovanni Solinas named the same team that started against Mamelodi Sundowns at the Loftus Verfeld Stadium in Pretoria over the weekend.
Amakhosi drew 1-1 with the Brazilians with Ramahlwe Mphahele scoring for the former and they were seaching for their first win of the season.
Solinas' counterpart Gavin Hunt also named the same team that started against Free State Stars at the Bidvest Wits in Johannesburg over the weekend.
The Clever Boys were ozzing with confidence having thrashed Ea Lla Koto 3-0 with Deon Hotto, Mxolisi Macuphu and Buhle Mkhwanazi scoring.
Amakhosi saw most of the ball in the openings stages of the game as they searched for an early goal which have unsettled the Clever Boys defence.

However, the visitors looked dangerous on transition and the managed to break the deadlock through their new signing Hotto seven minutes, before the half-hour mark.
Terrance Dzvukamanja set-up Hotto, who unleashed a wonderful shot which sailed into the top corner-kick - beating Chiefs goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune hands down to make it 1-0 to Wits.
The hosts then pressed the Clever Boys with Chiefs forward Khama Billiat causing havoc for the visitors' defence which was marshalled by Thulani Hlatshwayo.
Amakhosi deservedly restored parity following a good move involving former Sundowns attackers Billiat and Leonardo Castro, who inspired the Tshwane giants to the 2015/16 PSL title.
Billiat delivered a quality free-kick into the Wits box and his partner in crime, Castro head past Wits shot-stopper Darren Keet to level matters in the 32nd minutemuch to the delight of the home crowd.
However, Amakhosi went to sleep after making it 1-1 and they pushed by the Clever Boys' new forward Dzvukamanja, who joined the 2016/17 PSL champions from Zimbabwean side Ngezi Platinum last month.
South Africa international S'fiso Hlanti whipped a good cross into the Chiefs defence and Dzvukamanja beat Khune with header to make it 2-1 to Wits heading into the half-time break.
The Chiefs defence was exposed again in the early stages of the second half and it was former Orlando Pirates forward Gift Motupa, who punished the hosts.
Wits launched a quick counter attack and Mxolisi Macuphu set-up Motupa, who fired past on-rushing South Africa vice-captain Khune to make it 3-1 to the visitors.
Solinas decided to introduce Venezualan striker Gustavo Paez after the hour-mark as Amakhosi looked to push for two goals in order to level matters.
However, Chiefs were wasteful in front of goal as Bernard Parker found Paez with a header, but the latter fired wide of the target without troubling Keet in Wits goal.
Amakhosi continued to create chances and they were awarded a free-kick in a promising area in the closing stages of the game.
Billiat the stepped up placed his effort from subquent free-kick wide of the target as Wits survived a scare.
Wits assistant coach Paul Johnstone, who was in charge in the absence of suspended Gavin Hunt, introduced defender Vuyo Mere as they looked to shut the back door.
The Clever Boys were able to contain the hosts in the latter stages opf the game and ultimatel, Wits emerged 3-1 winners over Chiefs.
As a result, Wits remained at the top of the league standings, while Chiefs moved down to 10th spot on the table.
