EXTRA TIME: Watch Ntseki's first Bafana Bafana training session

After losing in the quarter-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations, Bafana Bafana will play their first match on Saturday.

South Africa visit Zambia in a friendly match, which will be new coach Molefi Ntseki's first game in charge as the permanent head coach.

Ntseki took over from the departed Stuart Baxter, who resigned from his position last month.

In the videos below we have the first full training session of Bafana Bafana with Ntseki and his technical team. There is also a video of the squad going through their paces at Steyn City School in Fourways on Tuesday.

The videos are brought to us on Twitter by the official accounts of Bafana Bafana and journalist Chad Klate. Broadcaster Robert Marawa conducted a special interview with Ntseki and we can watch it below, thanks to a Tweet from Marawa Sport Worldwide.

To begin with, Marawa asks Ntseki if he expected to be named Bafana coach. Watch the video and hear for yourself what the new coach has to say in this long interview.
