Commentary

Thank you for following our live text commentary of this match. Until next time, goodbye.
Dortmund welcome Manchester City to Signal Iduna Park in the next Champions League matchday while Sevilla host Copenhagen at the Sanchez-Pizjuan.
All square at the Signal Iduna Park and, in truth, it's not the result either side would have wanted. Dortmund wanted to secure their place in the Round of 16 and Sevilla wanted to breathe life into what's been a diabolical European campaign. Neither thing happened but both sides will probably accept that a draw is a fair result.

There's a lot at stake in this second half. Dortmund are playing for their place in the Round of 16 - Sevilla are fighting to keep their bid to progress to the next phase of the competition alive. A tough one to call based on the opening 45 minutes at Signal Iduna Park.
Interesting first half. Sevilla started the better of the two sides and took a deserved lead through Nianzou in the 18th minute. They continued to operate with a clarity and confidence that hasn't been seen from them this season until Dortmund clapped back with a goal from Bellingham in the 35th. From then to the end of the first half the German side took control of the game, as if they began to smell blood.
45' HALF-TIME: SEVILLA 1-1 BORUSSIA DORTMUND
42' Dortmund have smelt blood, it seems, and are beginning to press higher and more aggressively to try and draw an error from Sevilla's defence. They're also beginning to move the ball that much quicker in a bid to find space.
41' CHANCE! Brandt cuts the ball to Bellingham, who arrives at the edge of the box just in time. But his powerfully-struck effort flies over the crossbar.
40' Scoring a goal has given Dortmund renewed belief and gotten them back to something approaching their old selves. They're seeing more of the ball now.
38' Carmona tries to play Navas in down the right flank but he puts just a little too much weight on the long ball.
J. Bellingham
Goal
35' GOAL! Bellingham equalises to make it 1-1. The Englishman starts the move, playing the ball out to Meunier - the Belgian then centres it for Bellingham, who manages to bundle the ball over the line and into the back of the net.
T. Meunier
Assist
35' Meunier played a smart cross to find Bellingham in the area.
34' Rakitic shoots from distance but, once again, his effort fails to hit the target. It flies over the crossbar.
32' Sevilla are now in complete control of this one. They're playing with a confidence that hasn't been seen from them for some time.
30' Bellingham cuts an increasingly frustrated figure.
28' PENALTY SHOUT! Carmona loses the ball to Brandt who quickly feeds it to Bellingham - who then takes a tumble in the box. But the referee says no penalty.
26' Adeyemi and Lamela have a little coming together after the latter shoves the former.
24' CHANCE! Marcao is caught on the ball and Adeyemi seizes upon it, although his quickly taken cross is claimed by Bono.
22' Even though Dortmund are keen to hit back as soon as possible Sevilla are pressing them high, trying to keep them in their own third.
20' Sevilla, it must be said, are good value for their lead. They look sharp, more like their usual selves than this season's malaise.
I. Rakitić
Assist
18' Rakitic delivered an inch-perfect set-piece to find Nianzou in the box.
T. Nianzou
Goal
18' GOAL! Nianzou scores his first goal for Sevilla. Rakitic whips in a free-kick from deep on the left flank to find the Frenchman in the box - his header flies into the back of the net.
17' Sevilla test the water - Lamela drives the ball into the box from the left side after some smart interplay but the Spanish side fail to make their chance count.
15' Adeyemi tries to arrow a cross into the box from the right flank but it's miles away from causing Sevilla any trouble and goes out for a goal kick.
13' Sevilla have been tested already with a couple of smart balls in behind but Marcao and Nianzou have both responded well.
12' CHANCE! Lamela switches the ball out right for Navas, who centres the ball smartly to find Rakitic in the box. The Croatian shoots first time but his effort isn't on target - it flies over the bar.
10' It's been quite an even opening ten minutes. Dortmund have perhaps seen more of the ball but Sevilla look sharper than they have done in recent weeks.
8' Meunier plays Bellingham in from the right side but Marcao manages to get across and block the Englishman from taking up a dangerous opportunity.
5' Sevilla appear to be playing a three-at-the-back system rather than the 4-4-2 that had been predicted.
5' Rakitic has Sevilla's first shot - a speculative half-volley that flies over the crossbar and fails to trouble Kobel.
2' Dortmund start fast and begin with a move that culminates with Bellingham trying to cross the ball into the box only for Bono to collect it.
1' We're underway here at Signal Iduna Park.
