According to Sport,the England international is reportedly focused on securing a transfer to Hansi Flick's La Liga champions, viewing Camp Nou as the ideal setting to continue his rejuvenation following a bright spell at Aston Villa. Despite strong interest from other clubs in England and the Middle East, Rashford’s mind appears set on one destination and will be willing to make significant sacrifices in order to make the switch a reality, including a reduction in wages — something he would not consider for any other suitor.

Back in the January transfer window, Rashford was already angling for a departure from Old Trafford and had actively proposed a loan move to Barcelona. Talks had progressed to an advanced stage, but the Catalan side ultimately chose to prioritise contract extensions within their squad rather than new additions.
