Orlando Pirates ran-riot as they hammered Golden Arrows with a heavy score of 7-1 at the Orlando Stadium in the Premier Soccer League on Saturday evening.Tshegofatso Mabasa was a hero of the night as he scored his first career hat trick against Abafana Bes'thende.&nbsp;Relebohile Mofokeng, Kabelo Dlamini, Sandile Mthethwa and Karim Kimvuidi were also on the scoresheet.&nbsp;

After scoring a hat-trick against Arrows, Mabasa is confident that his side can go far, should they keep their consistency going forward."It's crazy, this is a talented team and honestly if we can believe in the abilities that we have and work together as a team and listen to instructions, we can go very far with this team,” he told SuperSport TV.“And like I said a few weeks ago, they will begin to notice what Orlando Pirates is about.”

'This team is talented' 

The hat-trick hero has also explained his new goal celebration.“It's just for people to know that I'm back home, and I'm here to score goals and that's exactly what I want to do,” Mabasa said.“It's a match-ball, that means three goals, I'm happy, happy for the team performance, and definitely we need to improve and get the result, and we've been doing that, so I'm just happy and grateful for that.”

Bucs coach Jose Riveiro has revealed why he had to take off captain Tapelo Xoki at half-time.“Yellow card, speed up front, players looking for duels, (Tapelo) Xoki and (Thabiso) Sesane were really busy in the first half," Riveiro said on SuperSport TV.&nbsp;“We have (Deon) Hotto with a yellow, we have Tapelo with a yellow, we would rather not take any risks at that time of the game, that's the reason behind it.”

Arrows coach Steve Komphela said he can't fault his players for the embarrassing loss, instead, they will collectively find a way going forward.“I can’t be too hard on them, but the fact remains, they know things we work on and when those things don’t happen, we are all not happy,” Komphela said.“I thought, with utmost humility, Arrows did play some good football. We came out at a certain moment and you could see that they were intentional with what they were doing.“It is what it is, we will go back and work with players again. Whether you scream or break bottles or whatever, it won’t help.”
