Custom-built house to save Kyle Walker’s marriage? Demands from wife Annie Kilner could lead to another battle with Man City star’s ex-mistress Lauryn Goodman

The 34-year-old defender is paying the price for “idiot choices” that saw him father two children with ex-mistress Lauryn Goodman. The former Love Island star continues to make life difficult for Walker, with the pair embroiled in a long-running child maintenance case that has see Kilner pushed to breaking point.

She is said to have moved Walker out of the family home that she shares with their four children, with questions asked of whether their relationship can survive an unfortunate episode – with Goodman making plenty of headlines with her antics.

A neighbour of Walker has claimed that Goodman is asking those that live close to the England international to carry out spying missions before reporting back to her. It has been claimed that: “She wanted to know if his car was parked up and if he was there, and what he was doing.”

With that in mind, Kilner is said to be requesting a house move – potentially into a unique property that will see the Walker clan draw up plans for their dream home. A source has told Closer Magazine: “Annie doesn’t feel like her home is her home anymore after knowing that her neighbour was asked to spy on her, and that Lauryn had apparently looked at floor plans of their house. There are too many bad memories now, and she hates the fact that Lauryn knows where she lives. She’s told Kyle that she wants a new house if they’re going to make a go of things. She’d love one built from scratch to all of her specifications, especially as it was one of Lauryn’s demands that they couldn’t move!”

They added: “If Kyle stays with Manchester City, they’ll will have to stay around that area – and she wouldn’t want the boys to have to change schools anyway. But Annie would love somewhere more secluded and with lots more land. It was their family home, but it now feels tarnished. This could be the fresh start they need. Annie knows Lauryn would no doubt kick off if they move, and would demand more for her and the kids, but she’s beyond caring about that. She needs to feel safe and at ease in her home – and if Kyle wants her back, then he’ll have to make sure that happens.”

Goodman has already seen a number of outlandish demands knocked back by a court ruling, but will continue to collect maintenance from Walker as she raises their son Kairo and daughter Kinara. Kilner is looking for a fresh start that will allow her family to start moving on from an unfortunate saga.
