On Saturday, the action continued with the Limpopo derby between Polokwane City and Sekhukhune United.&nbsp;Moroka Swallows locked horns with red-hot Stellenbosch FC at the Dobsonville Stadium.Sunday saw Golden Arrows and Chippa United clashing while Cape Town City and TS Galaxy collided as well. PSL Wrap: Chippa United and Golden Arrows fail to overtake Kaizer Chiefs as TS Galaxy edge closer top securing top eight finish

Arrows and Chippa could not climb above Kaizer Chiefs on the table after playing out to a 1-1 draw at Mpumalanga Stadium on Sunday. Brooklyn Poggenpoel thrust the visitors ahead after 23 minutes but Arrows hit back through Kagiso Malinga with 18 minutes remaining. The draw was a missed opportunity by both teams to overtake Amakhosi and Abafana Bes'thende remain 10th on the standings while the Chilli Boys are a rung below.

GOLDEN ARROWS 1-1 CHIPPA UNITED

At Cape Town Stadium, City and Galaxy shared spoils on Sunday as well after a 1-1 draw.Darwin Gonzalez had given Eric Tinkler's men the lead in the first-half's stoppage time but Sphiwe Mahlangu levelled up for the Rockets. After the draw, TS Galaxy remained unmoved at position six while the Citizen are one place below.

CAPE TOWN CITY 1-1 TS GALAXY 

Stellenbosch's hopes of qualifying for the Caf Champions League got thinner after a 2-0 defeat by Moroka Swallows on Saturday afternoon.&nbsp; Stellies slumped to a loss to the Dube Birds at the Dobsonville Stadium. This is after a midweek goalless draw at home against AmaZulu.&nbsp; Despite the Cape Winelands side keeping more possessions than the host, Lindokuhle Mtshali opened the scoring for the Dube Birds in the 34th minute. Musa Nyatama's team went to the break leading by a goal to nil. The Steve Barker-led side kept throwing everything to hit the Birds, but luck was not on their side. Former Orlando Pirates star Gabadinho Mhango netted a winning goal in the 73rd minute.The result means the Stellies' chances of finishing second on the log are slowly fading away. Stellenbosch are still in position two with 50 points, just one ahead of third-placed Pirates who are still yet to play in this round. On the other hand, the Soweto giants have moved further away from the relegation zone, sitting in position 13 with 32 points.&nbsp;

MOROKA SWALLOWS 2-0 STELLENBOSCH 

Polokwane and Sekhukhune played out a goalless draw at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.The draw saw City kick Kaizer Chiefs out of the top eight. They sit in position eight with 35 points after 28 games. Meanwhile, Babina Noko are in position four, having accumulated 42 points.

POLOKWANE CITY 0-0 SEKHUKHUNE UNITED 

In the early stages, the home team asserted dominance, particularly with the energetic Shandre Campbell posing a threat in the attacking zone.&nbsp; After 16 minutes, the Urban Warriors suffered a blow when Gadiel Kamagi received a straight red card for fouling Campbell, who seemed through on goal. Despite being a player short, Spurs managed to remain defensively resilient until halftime, heading into the break with the scoreline level at 0-0.The second half saw a continuation of how the first 45 minutes played out, however Spurs appeared more dynamic on the counterattack. Despite chances for both teams, the game ended in a goalless draw, with Spurs securing a valuable point away from home. This result brings Spurs to 19 points from 28 matches at the bottom of the standings and they will be relegated to the NFD if 15th-placed Richards Bay pick up at least two points in their last three matches. Meanwhile, SuperSport sits in fifth place (prior to the upcoming matches) with 40 points.
