West Ham United sink rivals Madaraka United in Left Foot clash

West Ham United convincingly beat rivals Madaraka United in a Division One match of Left Foot league played over the weekend.

In the history of the league, West Ham United were yet to beat Madaraka United but they did it in style as first half goals from captain Byron Gisemba, James Kombo and John Omoit sealed the sweet win despite Jeff Ooko pulling a late consolation.

In other matches of the same category, Green Zone Property won 2-0 against Consolidated Bank, Nyayo FC pulled a 1-1 draw against Dayliff FC while Bethel FC lost 2-0 to Schindler Limited.

MP Shah maintained their good run in Division Two after coming from behind to beat Bethel FC B 3-1, ICJ Kenya won 3-1 against Disciples FC, Saad Advocate lost 2-0 to Safaricom FC while Ping Limited hammered HHM 8-2 in a one-sided affair.

In Division Three, Samba FC cruised to a comfortable 5-0 win over Lavington United Church, Advert Eyez Limited beat Methodist Guest House 2-0 and M-Kopa Solar Kenya lost 2-1 to Nyayo Kingdom Champions.

Tropical Heat were huge winners in Division Four after thrashing Kenya Commercial Bank 5-2 in a seven goal thriller, South C Academy edged out Senti-Milan 1-0, Diamond Trust Bank beat Vitambii Viishe 2-1, Harleys Limited picked a 1-1 draw with Total Kenya and Mwangaza FC won 2-1 against Creative Innovations.

In Division Five, Villareal FC won 2-0 against Commercial Bank of Africa, Letshego Limited drew 2-2 with Tradewinds Training Services, Ecobank beat South C Academu 4-2, General Electric won 2-0 against Alliance Insurance, Nation Media roared past Zamara Limited 2-0 and General Electric hammered Villareal FC 9-0.

In the Mombasa Corporate league, Nation Media Group won 6-1 against Sea Bulk Limited, Texas Alarms beat Commercial Bank of Africa 2-0, Maersk Group won 3-0 against Bamburi Cement while Tradewinds Aviation Services won 5-0 against Total Kenya of Mombasa.
