Mang'oli: AFC Leopards can now breath 'fresh air'

AFC Leopards captain Bernard Mang'oli is confident Ingwe will come back re-energized after a three week break.

The thirteen times Kenyan champions have struggled in the domestic league, but all is set to change after coming back from Tanzania where the club is taking part in the inaugural Super Cup competition. Mang'oli says the break could not have come at a better time.

"It is good we are out of the country for a while, we can now breath a different air as we work on our strategy. I believe the Super Cup will give us a good dimension and we will build the momentum that we will bring back to Kenyan Premier League. Our fans deserve better," Mang'oli told Goal.

"This tournament is competitive, but we want to show that we have a good team capable of challenging for the title at stake."

AFC Leopards play Singida United at Uhuru Stadium in Dar es Saalam, Tanzania, on Monday (today).
