Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah arrived in Obuasi on Sunday to watch the Ghana Premier League matchday 21 outstanding game as Ashanti Gold defeated Wafa 2-0 at the Len Clay Sports Stadium.

The 56-year-old returned from United States of America few days ago after spending almost two weeks in the country following the Black Stars' international friendly games against Mexico and USA.

He spent time to monitor Ghanaian players in Major League Soccer including Latif Blessing, Gideon Baah, Patrick Nyarko, Kofi Opari and Chris Odoi-Atsem.

Goals from Hans Kwoffie and Samed Ibrahim were enough to put smiles on the faces of the home fans after going two games without picking a point.
