Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has incurred the wrath of football fans around the world after escaping sanction for what appeared to be an elbow on Atletico Madrid's Lucas Hernandez in the Champions League semi-finals.
Though he had his eyes on the ball, Ramos' arm was suspiciously high as he threw himself through the air, clipping his counterpart on the way.
The Spain international can consider himself lucky not to have received a red card after the indiscretion in Tuesday night's clash at the Santiago Bernabeu and spectators were far from impressed.
Should Zinedine Zidane's side go on to progress to the final at the expense of their city rivals, the unpunished elbow is sure to stick in the craw of Atleti fans.
